Senters Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers an optional mobile messaging program called Senters Group LLC (the “Program”). The Program sends text alerts about market news and updates to the Hubert News publication at hubertnews.com. Messages are informational. They are not investment advice and they are not an offer to buy or sell.
These messages are optional. You do not need them to read the publication, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Program name: Senters Group LLC
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (859) 963-3445.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing.
How to cancel
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we send a text confirming that you are unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive Program messages. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Those words are the methods we honor as an opt-out.
If you later want messages again, reply START and complete the opt-in form again at hubertnews.com/subscribe/.
Help
Reply HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] or call (859) 963-3445 during office hours, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Eastern. Support can explain how to opt out and what kinds of messages the Program sends. We cannot give investment advice.
Rates, frequency, and carriers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your text plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is outside our control.
Consent
By opting in to Senters Group LLC, you authorize Senters Group, LLC to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of the purchase of any goods or services. The consent checkbox on our form is optional and is not pre-checked.
Text messages may be sent using automatic telephone dialing technology or prerecorded or artificial voice messages where the content is delivered that way. Agreeing to receive messages does not mean that every message uses an autodialer.
Messages may be sent on weekdays and, when news breaks, in the evening or on weekends, unless you opt out.

User opt-in
The Program allows users to receive SMS messages by affirmatively opting in, including through the online form at hubertnews.com. By participating, you agree to these terms and to receive recurring messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in. You understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from us or to use the website.
User opt-out
If you do not wish to continue, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any Program message. You may receive one additional message confirming the opt-out. Other methods, such as texting a different word or asking verbally that a message be ignored, are not a reliable way to opt out. Use STOP.
Duty to notify and indemnify
If you stop using the mobile number that subscribed to the Program, including by canceling the line or transferring the number, complete the opt-out process before you give up the number. If you do not, you agree to be responsible for costs and liabilities we incur, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, from claims by a later user of that number, including claims under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, and similar laws. This duty survives cancellation of the Program.
Program description
Program name: Senters Group LLC. Users who opt in can expect recurring texts about market news headlines, newly published articles, and housekeeping for the Program (for example, confirmation of opt-in or opt-out). Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with us, such as a reply to HELP or STOP.
The Program does not send personalized investment recommendations, price targets, or promises of profit. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell.
Cost and frequency
Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring mobile messages. Frequency varies with the news cycle and is not a fixed daily quota. You may receive several messages in a busy week and fewer in a quiet one.
Disclaimer of warranty
The Program is offered “as is.” It may not be available in every area or on every carrier, and it may stop working if your carrier or handset changes. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Participant requirements
You need your own wireless device that can send and receive texts, service with a participating carrier, and a plan that includes text messaging. Not every provider supports the Program. Check your device and plan.
Age
The Program is intended for people 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect SMS opt-in data from children.
Prohibited content
Do not send us unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content, malware, or content that includes another person’s sensitive health information. We may block a number that misuses the Program.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms for the Program. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Dispute resolution
A dispute arising out of the Program or these SMS terms will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Versailles, Kentucky, before one arbitrator. The parties will use the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The arbitrator will apply applicable federal law and the laws of the United States federal judicial circuit where Senters Group, LLC’s principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
The parties will try to select an arbitrator within ten days after a demand is served. If they cannot, a party may ask the AAA to appoint one. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement. The arbitrator’s decision is final, except for review allowed by section 10 of that Act. Each party bears its own share of arbitrator and administration fees unless the arbitrator orders otherwise as part of the decision. The arbitrator may award attorneys’ fees only where a statute or contract allows them, and may not award punitive damages. Arbitration is individual only. There is no class arbitration. If a dispute proceeds in court instead, both parties waive a jury trial. This section survives the end of your participation in the Program.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. If you stay in the Program after the new effective date, the updated terms apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
